The Precourt Institute and Stanford Energy Club are excited to announce the Vail Global Energy Forum Video Competition! Winners will receive registration, airfare, and accommodations for the conference on January 29-31 2016 in Beaver Creek, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase student research and network with distinguished professionals.
The video contest is open to all current Stanford graduate and undergraduate students. To participate, individuals or teams of up to three students will submit a short video (3 minutes max) highlighting their energy-related research. Topics may include (but are not limited to): renewable generation, oil and gas, transportation, smart grid technologies, alternative fuels, energy storage, as well as economic and policy models. Videos should bring to life a central concept, phenomenon, or experiment. Up to 8 individuals will be selected to attend the conference and their videos will be played throughout the conference, aligning with presentations and panel discussions that touch on similar themes.
