Welcome to Energy Week 2015

Crazy valuations by doing good? Sure!
Intellectual challenges in an environment of rapid growth? Hell yeah.

Energy Week starts TODAY!

Join the Stanford Energy Club at our kickoff event, the “Cool Energy Products Expo” held on the SEQ (Y2E2 Courtyard) today beginning at noon. Various energy companies and student groups will be showcasing their exciting, cutting-edge energy products.

Our highlight event, “Energizing Innovation” takes place this Wednesday at 6pm. Former Secretary of Energy and current Stanford professor Steven Chu, and ARPA-E Founding Director and current Stanford professor Arun Majumdar will weigh in on the process of innovation in clean energy technology and opportunities for improving the innovation process itself. The discussion will be moderated by Jeffrey Ball, Scholar-in-Residence at Stanford’s Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy. The event is free and open to the Stanford community as well as the general public. Tickets are still available here: goo.gl/fyiUec

Energy Week will culminate in a Social on Thursday. Come and interact with energy enthusiasts and learn how you can get more involved in all things energy!
